I list this as New-ish because this has never been used BUT has been opened and box isn't in faultless or new looking shape. Box does show some wear as in rips and raw edges and corners, smashed corners and indentations on all sides of box. Grinder inside is still in plastic bag and cord plug has a zip-tie through it, making it unusable until you cut it off. These coffee grinder are incredible!!
