The candle has a flickering comfortable light and also includes 4 oz of purple colored vase filler. When you receive delivery all you have to do is pour the vase filler in the container and turn on the candle and you are all set.It is brand new and never been used.This candle holder has been handcrafted 5 available This vase is water resistant. The ribbon has been decoupaged. It can get wet, but if you leave it soaking in water for several hours the embellishments will come off.
