These are All Stars and CT70s that are not sold in Japan due to brand copyright issues. They have a narrower toe rubber, and the heel patch is the black patch, commonly known as the three-star. The slightly creamy and glossy midsole also gives a vintage feel. There are other differences, such as the thickness of the fabric, cotton shoelaces, and aluminum eyelets. They are hard to snag in Japan and come at a considerable price. (I actually tried to import them, but they were confiscated in the US and disposed of without notice.) There is some minor soiling, but they are in clean condition.
