High end designer has created this sample dress and I believe it is a one-of-a-kind one of a kind as I cannot locate any other dresses or styles with this pattern. Plus it being a sample, it does look as though it was only in the works as the teal liner is not fully sewn underneath. There is a thin strap that could go around your neck if you didn't want it to be fully Strapless. The material is stunning Silk, flows and bold statement piece.
