The bottom is hook and loop="" tape that can be closed completely, or you make a gap to fit a drainage tube. I tested it with an 5lb fire extinguisher, I wouldnt recommend more weight than that.Also features an adjustable, removable strap that can be worn over the shoulder, crossbody, or hung from handles on rollators, wheelchairs, walkers, etc.The strap has a black plastic parachute buckle, and D-rings on the ends that attach to metal clasps on the bag cover.
