sizzling ! Engravings by Hogarth book edited Sean Shresgreen, magnificent pictures for framing.

This vintage book was published in 1973. Covers and pages have normal wear that you might expect from an old paperback book.

Contains 101 of Hogarth’s finest and incredibly important engravings. The plates could really nicely be framed. The picture on the cover (which is also inside) and picture #7 sell for over $100 framed.

The previous owner (nobody I know - lol) was pretty serious about making his library mark known as shown on pics 4 and 5 (and there’s also a small sticker on the inside cover). It doesn’t take away from the extraordinary plates in this book which I originally bought to repurpose (but which won’t happen so am offering to somebody to give these plates a life!)
