Vintage 1990s Steppin' Out velvet gown. Black velvet off the shoulder bodice with elastic straps. Split skirt, semi-sheer with floral velvet pattern. Red skirt underlayer. Zip up back. Whimsygoth look. Dress is in good vintage condition with two small holes at the front of skirt and a hole in overlay. Please see photos.

Dress is impeccable for formal events, cocktail parties, date night and school dances enjoy homecoming and prom.
