sizzling ! RARE FIND! Vintage1950s Floral Needlepoint Shoulder Bag Brass Enclosure, EUC

This quality vintage LARGE Victorian needlepoint purse is in exceptional shape given its age. The inside is lined & highly clean. The strap, which was likely replaced in the 1960’s makes the bag extra special. It has the appearance of lucite, but is a bit stretchy favor a jelly bracelet. It looks as if it’s a bit discolored (I have not attempted to wash it), but it’s secure & functional. It was the strap (& large size bag for this style) that grabbed my attention.
Needlepoint portrait of flowers on a beige base on complete sides. Closing Clasp, lining & strap all in good condition. Four brass feet at base of bag. Purse measures approximately 13” H, 15.5” W & 3" D. Handle drop is 6”.
