Vintage Halloween blow mold

I found this while cleaning out the garage, it was in a box that I got out of my grandma’s storage unit. It’s in a little rough condition but considering it sat for years in the garage as well as celebrated many a Halloween at her house it’s not bad. The back did get cut by the hole. I do have the clip part but the wire has been cut off, must be grandpa was going to put a new cord on. Please look at all pictures.
