sizzling ! Vintage Phanuel Tie Dye Hi Low Thermal Top; Black W/Cream & Scoop Neck; Sz Small

This stunning high low designed lightweight thermal knit top is by luxury fashion brand Phanuel. Made of a soft blended cotton knit and rayon with a tie dye design in black and cream, the top has a scoop neck and long sleeves with a wide band at the ends. The top falls below the waist in the front and just about to the knees in the back. The top is unlined with a ragged hem in the front and all along the long rounded hem in the back. The top should be hand washed in cold water and hung or laid flat to dry. The top is Women’s size Small but is oversized with plenty of stretch. Measurements of the top are 20” wide across the bust, 25” long from shoulder to hem in the front and 34 1/2” long in the back. This beautiful thermal top is from the 1990’s and is in wonderful like-new vintage condition. There are no tears, rips, holes, snags or stains. See all photos.
